NOTE: This programme is not available to the general public. It is only available to approved organisations or groups who are working to support others through charitable, community-focussed or not for profit initiatives.
In making an application with Big Toe Foundation (BTF), you understand and agree to the following:
- Where applying on behalf of a group/organisation, you acknowledge that you have the authorisation to do so.
- The information provided will be used to assess suitability for this programme. It will not be disclosed to any third party, aside from Flaxmill.
- Acceptance is given at the sole and absolute discretion of the Trustees of Big Toe Foundation (BTF).
- If accepted, you will become the default “Authorised Contact” (unless you have nominated another person for this role). All booking requests need to come through, or be approved by, the ‘Authorised Contact’.
- Once accepted by BTF, a group remains registered until either party, (for any reason) advises in writing that they are withdrawing from the arrangement.
- The email address and contact details of both you (the Applicant) and the nominated Authorised Contact (if different) will be held in Flaxmill’s database for the purposes of:
– Verifying eligibility to the special rates, providing quotes and any booking management
– Email communications informing registered groups/individuals on updates to the programme - All bookings made are a contract with Flaxmill Hideaway Ltd. and are to be are made under the NFP programme framework and special conditions
