Less than 2 1/2 hours from central Auckland, on the east coast of the Coromandel, lies Flaxmill Bay. Nestled at its eastern end is Flaxmill Bay Hideaway Campsite and Cabins. It is a seaside, family camping ground surrounded by 5 1/2 acres (2.34 ha) of north facing waterfront parkland. Now permanently open for bookings, phone for grab-a-night rates.

We have a limited number of sites ranging from tent sites to self-contained tourist flats and cabins.
